SCIENION founded US subsidiary SCIENION US, Inc. Expansion in the North American market planned

SCIENION AG today announced the foundation of an US subsidiary in Princeton, New Jersey.
In the year of its tenth company anniversary Scienion starts selling its products and services directly into the North American market. Dr. Holger Eickhoff, CEO of Scienion AG, stated: “After having started our US activities five years ago with an US-based distributor, now our business in this key market is growing to an extent that we decided to build our own base with a Scienion subsidiary in New Jersey. This step is a consequence of increasing demands not only for our sciFLEXARRAYER dispensers but also for our contract manufacturing services. Thus, we will also establish a contract manufacturing unit in North America. I am sure our North American customers will benefit from our presence in the US.”
Dortmund and Berlin, Germany, December 6, 2011: Scienion US, Inc. starts operation in December 2011. The US subsidiary is managed by Craig Cardella who joins Scienion with over twenty years of experience in laboratory automation, especially in sales and support for liquid handling, robotics and automated sample storage. Craig joins Scienion after being at Matrical Bioscience, Inc. for several years.
