sciFLEXARRAYER

Ultra-low volume dispensing systems for R&D and manufacturing

Introduction

The sciFLEXARRAYER product line represents the perfect tool for automated ultra-low volume liquid handling of various types of samples (i.e. biological, organic, nanoparticle and dyes) in diagnostics, genomics, proteomics and technical applications. In addition, due to the inert nature of the glass capillaries, it is an ideal tool for miniaturized chemistry applications, such as in polymer and materials research.

Within seconds, liquid volumes between 10 picoliters and 100 microliters can be dispensed onto almost any target substrate.

All sciFLEXARRAYER systems can be equipped with both – sciDROP PICO and sciDROP NANO technology in a multichannel configuration.

From early research to high throughput manufacturing

The sciFLEXARRAYER comes in four well-established versions, addressing the needs of our customers from early research to high throughput manufacturing:

sciFLEXARRAYER S3

R&D Entry Level

sciFLEXARRAYER S12

Medium Scale Batch Production

sciFLEXARRAYER SX

High Scale Batch Production

sciFLEXARRAYER S100

In-Line High Throughput Production

“sciFLEXARRAYER is a key tool on all of our projects, for depositing an enzyme onto the surface of an electrode, or most challenging we use it to deposit onto the surface of a microneedle array. Exactly the right volume, in exactly the right place.”

Prof. Tony Cass, Department of Chemistry at Imperial College London

Professor Tony Cass, at Imperial College London, focusses his research on using engineered proteins and nucleic acids in micro-and nano-structured materials and devices for both clinical and environmental analysis.

“The main strength of the sciFLEXARRAYER is that it allows us to dispense sub-nanoliters amount of volume on our substrates, so we have reproducibility on the strips we prepare.”

Dr. Nikolas Daskalakis, Scientific Consultant at BioNano Consulting
