Differentiated HepaRG cells are unique human bipotent cells capable of forming both biliarylike and hepatocyte-like cells. They express many detoxifying enzymes and are widely used in
liver toxicity assays in early drug discovery. Here, we demonstrated high throughput and efficient formation of highly functional HepaRG spheroids, their sorting and isolation using
spheroONE, to obtain assay-ready plate containing homogeneous single HepaRG spheroids per well.
