Buffers & Reagents
sciBUFFER
THE REAGENTS FOR ALL STEPS OF YOUR DNA & PROTEIN MICROARRAY WORKFLOWS
• Utilized through the whole workflow of microarray application: printing, processing, incubation & final staining
• Optimized to obtain a homogeneous distribution of the spot capture
• Ensure maintaining the bioactivity of the captured probes
BENEFITS
• Guarantee best printing performance and an efficient capture molecule immobilization to obtain a high contrast signals and minimal background
• Optimized for every single step including blocking, washing and sample incubation
VARIANTS
• sciBUFFER DNA workflow, for printing and hybridizing of long oligonucleotides and cDNA microarrays (amino and non-amino modified DNA samples), and sciBUFFER PROTEIN workflow, for printing of complex proteins and antibodies
• Each reagent of sciBUFFER workflows is available individually or as a set to cover all steps of the workflow

SCI BUFFER PRotein WORKFLOW

sciPOLY 3D
A WORKFLOW FOR PROBE IMMOBILIZATION ON UNMODIFIED POLYMERS SUPPORTS
• Reduction of microarray production process to a single printing step and a short (~2 min) UV irradiation
• Suitable for microarray printing on microfluidic devices, slides, and standard microplates
• Direct functionalization with biomolecules without pre-functionalization of support materials
• Supports a wide range of polymer materials, incl. COP, PMMA, COC, PP, PS
• Enables covalent immobilization on protein-repellent surfaces (no blocking & reduction of background noise)
• Water-soluble, can be dispensed together with proteins or DNA.
BENEFITS
Cost-efficient, convenient, and less time-consuming than standard functionalization methods
VARIANTS
• Optimized for DNA, protein, and glycan applications
• Available in solid and liquid forms
• Each reagent of SCI POLY 3D workflows is available individually or as a set (sciPOLY3D Starter Kits)
